Q: Will my package be shipped to me discreetly?

A: LELO Canada ships your product to you in discreet plain packaging to ensure your privacy is respected.

 

Q: Who do you use for shipping?

A: Packages will be shipped by Canada Post.

 

Q: How long will it take for my product to arrive?

A: If you live in the BC Lower Mainland, your product should arrive in 2 business days.
If you live in BC, outside the lower mainland, your product should arrive in 3 business days.
If you live in Alberta, your product should arrive arrive in 4 business days.
If you live in Saskatchewan, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
If you live in Manitoba, your product should arrive in 4-5 business days.
If you live in Ontario, your product should arrive in 5-6 business days.
If you live in Quebec, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.
If you live in the Maritimes, your product should arrive in 6-7 business days.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the intimate nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain product return form. A replacement product will be shipped to you free of charge, however, the customer is responsible for shipping to us.

 

Q: What credit cards are accepted?

A: We accept Visa & Mastercard.

 

Q: Do you accept phone orders?

A: We cannot accept phone orders as we need written confirmation of all orders.
